The website provides general information about AICA, its features, availability, partnerships and contact channels. Website content may describe planned or beta features — it is not a guarantee that every described feature is currently available.
We aim to keep website content current but do not promise that every page is complete or error-free. Product, security, pricing, vendor and availability statements are kept aligned with the deployed service — we do not advertise offline alarms, fixed retention, encryption standards, certifications, audit controls or other capabilities that have not been implemented and verified.

AICA's Patient App is currently offered free of charge during its early/MVP phase, so no purchase screen, tax treatment, renewal or cancellation terms apply yet. If a paid tier is introduced, this section will be updated with the final price, GST treatment, renewal, cancellation and refund information — or a clear link to it — before it goes live.
